After four sold-out wine tastings, we're stepping behind the bar for something new: a hands-on, zero-proof cocktail class built entirely around tequila. We'll shake, stir, and taste our way through five tequila-based cocktails, starting with the one that started it all: the classic margarita, all while snacking from a build-your-own nacho bar. You'll leave with every recipe to remake at home, a bottle of Lyre's Agave Blanco (the same zero-proof spirit we use in class), and a cocktail kit stocked with everything you need to build your first margarita in your own kitchen.

Since bringing our first five events to sold-out crowds, we've been dreaming up something even more indulgent. This October, join us for a dessert and wine pairing evening in shades of red, created in partnership with Miss Elite Bakes. The space will be transformed into a cozy, sultry fall retreat, awash in deep burgundy and candlelight from floor to ceiling, for a night of decadent bites and bold pours. We'll move through expertly paired dessert and wine courses, each one a bespoke creation from Elite Bakes matched to a rich pour. Treats and bottles will be available for purchase so the indulgence doesn't have to end when the evening does.
